Introducing The Orí Care Collective

At Love & Light Healing, Millenheirs, nor  The Alchemist Den, healing has never been a luxury—it is a birthright. The Orí Care Collective exists to support those doing the deep, often invisible work of care, justice, and spiritual resistance. This trauma-informed initiative offers space for emotional, spiritual, and physical restoration through meditation, mindfulness, and community-centered healing practices.

Between Millenheirs, Love & Light Healing, and The Alchemist Den, healing has never been viewed as a luxury. It is a birthright. The Orí Care Collective was created to hold space for those doing the deep, often invisible work of community care, justice, advocacy, and spiritual resistance.

This trauma-informed initiative supports the emotional, spiritual, and physical restoration of women, transgender, and non-binary activists and defenders through contemplative practice, community care, and restorative wellness support.

ROOTED IN LAND, CARE & COMMUNITY

As a sponsoring partner, True Alchemy Gardens supports initiatives that restore people in the same way we restore land—through intentional care, nourishment, and sustainable practices.

Our work centers food justice, environmental stewardship, and community healing. The Orí Care Collective extends that mission by tending to the emotional and spiritual well-being of those who sustain our communities.

Healing in Community

The Orí Care Collective is more than a program. It is a sacred response to what we have heard again and again from people carrying the weight of care, leadership, and survival.

It is a place to slow down. To breathe deeply. To be held without performance. To remember that restoration is necessary—and that no one should have to carry the work of healing alone.

This is more than a program — it is a prayer in action.

WHY THIS MATTERS

circle of black women having a conversation.jpg

The Orí Care Collective was born from listening.

Through healing sessions, community conversations, and shared space, we heard the same truths again and again:

  • I’m exhausted.

  • I don’t feel safe.

  • There’s no space for me to unravel.

  • Everyone needs me, but I’m pouring from an empty cup.

This initiative responds directly to these realities by building a structure of care that is affirming, accessible, and rooted in ancestral wisdom. Through meditation and mindfulness practices(including what we ingest), participants are supported in reconnecting with themselves and restoring their capacity to continue their work.
